ADSU Hostel Allocation 2025/2026 Academic Session
ADSU hostel allocation portal will open for returning students from the 8th of September 2025, and will run until the 15th of September 2025. The allocation for fresh students will kick off on the 16th of September 2025 and will end on the 30th of September 2025.
The hostel process will begin by 7:30 AM on the designated dates. Students should also know that it will be completely based on a first come, first serve system, so being early increases your chances.
ADSU Hostel Allocation Requirements
A copy of the official ADSU Admission letter must be presented to the committee.
A photocopy of your 2025/2026 school fees receipt must be submitted to the Student Affairs Office.
If allocated, you will receive a customised bank teller. Payment must be completed within a 4 day window, or the reservation will be revoked.
Students are required to bring 2 bottles of Izal, 1 broom, and 2 strips of detergent before final room allocation.

ADSU Hostel Rules and Regulations
The consumption, storage, or supply of alcohol, cigarettes, and illegal drugs is strictly forbidden. Any student found guilty will face severe disciplinary action and potential prosecution.
Students are required to dress modestly and appropriately within the hostel and when moving around the campus.
For safety and energy conservation, students are not allowed to use heavy duty electrical items such as electric cookers, boiling rings, electric irons, or heaters. Discovery of these items will lead to confiscation and a penalty.
Residents are single handedly or collectively liable for any damage to university furniture, electrical fittings, or structural property in their assigned spaces.
No female visitors are allowed inside the male hostels, and male visitors are generally restricted from female hostels. Authorised visitors must register with security and meet residents in designated common areas before the 8:00 PM cut off.
