The Students' Union Government of the Federal University Wukari has notified all students that a valid University Student Identity Card will now be required at the gate before access to the campus can be granted.

According to the notice, students who have not yet obtained their Student Identity Card should come along with a photocopy of their admission letter, or be prepared to log into their student portal to verify their studentship to security personnel stationed at the gate. The Students' Union Government urged all students to comply with the directive to ensure smooth and timely entry into the University, thanking students for their usual cooperation.

The Federal University Wukari, located along Katsina Ala Road in Wukari, Taraba State, was established in 2011 and currently runs undergraduate programmes across faculties, including Agriculture and Life Sciences, Computer Science, Law, and other disciplines. The directive on identity verification is part of the institution's ongoing campus access and security measures.

Students without a physical Identity Card have been advised to keep either their admission letter or portal access details readily available when approaching the campus gate, as security personnel will enforce the new compliance requirement.
