If you're coming to UNIBEN and want the full student experience, living in the campus hostels is the way to go. Just imagine rolling out of bed and walking a few minutes to your morning lectures, heading back to your room between classes, and never stressing about transportation costs or traffic. That's exactly what life is like when you stay on campus.

The hostels are more than just a place to sleep; they become your home base for everything. You meet people from different departments, form friendships that last long after graduation, and get to experience campus life at any hour of the day or night.

Here you will find everything you need to know about UNIBEN hostel accommodation for the 2025/2026 session, including fees, application process, payment steps, and important rules.

UNIBEN Hostel Accommodation 2025/2026 Academic Session

UNIBEN has hostels spread across both Ugbowo and Ekehuan campuses, each with its own vibe and price range.

You can go for the newer ones like Keystone or TETFUND hostels if you want more comfort, or stick with the traditional halls like Hall 5 and Hall 6 if you're working with a tighter budget. Prices range from about ₦31,000 for the basic hostels to ₦150,000 for the top ones.

Here's the thing, though, bed spaces are limited, and competition is tough. You have to be fully cleared and registered before you can even apply.

The process runs on a "fastest finger" system, meaning once the portal opens at exactly 5:00 pm, you need to move fast to secure a spot. And if you get allocated a space, you only have 48 hours to pay before they give it to someone else.
