AIFUE Admission Requirements

​If you are considering joining Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education (AIFUE) in Owerri, you must meet the admission requirements for the various programmes available.

Degree Programs

  1. You need a minimum UTME score of 150.​

  2. If you chose AIFUE as your first choice and scored 150 or higher, you are eligible to apply.

  3. If you did not initially select AIFUE but scored 150 or higher, you can still apply by changing your first choice to AIFUE via the JAMB portal.

Direct Entry Candidates

  1. If you have advanced qualifications, such as A-levels or a diploma, you can apply directly for admission to the second year of your preferred programme.​

National Certificate in Education (NCE) Programmes

  1. A minimum score of 100 is required.​

  2. Candidates who scored 100 or higher in the UTME are invited to apply for the NCE programmes.
