Overview of ESUT Admission List 2025/2026 Academic Session
After the conclusion of the Post UTME exercise that was held online, the university management and the heads of the different departments released the names of deserving students who had high UTME scores and met the all around requirements for ESUT 2025/2026 admission process.
The names on the list were deserving candidates who met ESUT cut off mark for the respective courses. However, it doesn't just end at this; candidates who did not make the list still have a chance, as ESUT still has an incoming supplementary admission list.
How to Check ESUT Admission List 2025/2026 Academic Session
A simple breakdown on how to check the list for both school and JAMB.
How to Check on the ESUT Portal:
Visit portal.esut.edu.ng
Navigate to regular students and click on check admission status
Input your JAMB registration number
Click on submit
Your admission status will be displayed. If admitted, you will see instructions to generate an acceptance fee invoice.
How to Check Using JAMB CAPS:
Visit efacility.jamb.gov.ng
Log in with email and password
Access Caps on your dashboard
Choose the year 2025
Click on check admission status
If you see "CONGRATULATIONS," click on Accept Admission.
Note: If you see "Admission in Progress", check back in a few days. If you see "Not Admitted", ensure your O’level results have been uploaded correctly.
ESUT Supplementary Admission
For ESUT, it does not just end at the first list. The supplementary admission gives those whose names were not found on the primary list another opportunity to get admitted into ESUT for the 2025/2026 session.
For ESUT 2025/2026 Supplementary admission list, candidates are to pay an application fee of 10,600 Naira and must still meet the requirement of 160+ UTME Score. The form will be available on the portal for general access.

Generate an invoice and pay through any commercial bank or online.
Check available courses: basically, the only department with vacancy will be available

Note: The admission process of the supplementary admission list is also simpler to the primary list, so endeavor to upload all documents and have a clear understanding when filling the form.
What is Next after being offered admission by ESUT
It doesn't just end with being offered admission into ESUT; there are some crucial steps that follow to complete your admission procedure.
Accept Admission on JAMB CAPS:
It is adviced that once your admission status changes to admitted, quickly click on the accept admission icon below the message. Candidates who fail to accept their admission after 4 weeks will have their admission revoked.
Printing JAMB Admission Letter:
This is not just any random document; it is seen as a document you would always need until the end of your education in higher institution. It comes in two copies, one for candidates' use and the other for Institution use. It will be needed for your documentation in ESUT.
Payment of Acceptance Fee:
Before even coming to School it is advised to pay your acceptance fee first. It is you showing ESUT that you have accepted to study the courses you were offered in your admission letter. The acceptance fee for ESUT 2025/2026 session is 26,100 Naira, and must be paid in the school portal.

Visit portal.esut.edu.ng
Log in with your username and password
Navigate to the regular student
Select acceptance fee and click on generate acceptance invoice.
Enter your JAMB registration number.
Generate the payment invoice, which will contain your reference number.
Make payment by visiting any commercial bank or by paying online.
After payment, return to the portal to verify your payment
Printing your acceptance letter and acceptance fee receipt.
