FUD Undergraduate Admission Requirements
All candidates are expected to meet these requirements to be eligible for admission.
UTME Requirements
Candidates must have passed the WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or an equivalent exam with at least five (5) credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings.
Candidates must reach the university's cut off mark for the course they have chosen and have a valid JAMB UTME score.
Candidates must fulfil the programme's score requirements and take part in the university's post UTME screening process.
In order to be admitted, candidates must be at least 16 years old.
Direct Entry (DE) Admission Requirements
At least two (2) A-Level passes in pertinent topics are required.
Applicants may be eligible for admission if they have an ND, HND, or NCE with at least a lower credit in pertinent disciplines.
Candidates who have earned an appropriate grade in relevant subjects and hold a JUPEB/IJMB certificate may be given consideration.
Federal University Lokoja must be chosen as the desired institution by all Direct Entry applicants, who must also register with JAMB.
FUD Postgraduate Admission Requirements
These are the postgraduate requirements for Federal University Dutse.
Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
A Higher National Diploma (HND) (not less than Lower Credit) or a bachelor's degree (not less than Third Class) in a comparable field from an accredited university.

Master’s Degree
