Kaduna State University (KASU) has informed all candidates offered provisional admission for the 2025/2026 academic session through JAMB that the deadline for screening and registration is Friday, 23rd January 2026.

According to the university management, candidates who fail to complete their screening and registration before the deadline will automatically lose their admission offer. The school also stated clearly that no extension will be granted after the closing date.

All admitted candidates are therefore advised to complete the required portal procedures and attend physical screening on time to secure their admission.

Pre Screening Steps on the KASU SAF Portal

Before appearing for physical screening, candidates must complete the following steps on the SAFapply portal:

  1. Log in to the KASU SAFapply portal: https://kasu.safrecords.com/

  2. Upload a clear scanned copy of the JAMB Admission Letter.

  3. Go to the dashboard and click on “Edit Application”.

  4. Scroll to the “Document Upload” section.

  5. Click “Upload” and select the JAMB Admission Letter.

  6. Preview the uploaded document and submit to save changes.

  7. Print the Post UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip as evidence of successful completion.

Candidates are advised to ensure all uploaded documents are clear and readable before submission.

Documents Required for KASU Screening

Candidates are expected to appear at the screening venue with the following documents arranged properly:

  • JAMB Admission Letter

  • Original JAMB Result Slip

  • O’Level Result(s) such as WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB

  • Valid scratch card for the O’Level result used during the application

  • Two copies of the online generated O’Level result printout

  • Birth Certificate or Sworn Age Declaration

  • Primary School Leaving Certificate

  • Certificate of Local Government Origin or Indigene Certificate

  • Post UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip

  • NIN Slip
