If you are a student of Reverend Father Moses Orshio Adasu University, Makurdi (MOAUM), then this is the update you have been waiting for. The university has officially announced its resumption date for the 2025/2026 academic session, and it is time to start getting your things together.
The initial resumption date, on the 24th of October 2025, was postponed for administrative reasons. The management has put out a new date for the official commencement of the 2025/2026 academic activities.
MOAUM Official Resumption Date 2025/2026 Academic Session
The new official resumption date for both fresh and returning students of MOAUM has been set for the 19th of January, 2026. This date is not just marked for the return of students to campus; registration and academic activities will follow up as well. As highlighted on the academic calendar of the university, new students will have their orientation and matriculation activities shortly after resumption. It is more important for them to be on campus early so as not to miss out.
