The newly elected Students Union president of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State, has constituted a 40 member aide and advisory structure weeks after taking office, filling positions that span administration, security, religious affairs, and student welfare.

Folagbade Greatness Ayoola, popularly known as Greatness of AAUASU, announced the appointments through a memo issued from the Office of the Students' Union President, stating that all appointees had been screened before selection.

The memo stated that the appointments were made "to ensure top notch administration and proper effectiveness of the AAUASU presidency," adding that all appointees had been "screened and deemed fit to perform well in these responsibilities."

Olayinka Oluwaferanmi Emmanuel was named Chief of Staff, with Oluwafemi Olalekan Israel appointed Deputy Chief of Staff. Omotunwase Success Ayomide takes the role of Senior Personal Assistant to the President, while Obagaye Micheal serves as Personal Assistant II. Olaleye Kausara was appointed Secretary to the President, and Ajileye Henry Olawale as Chief Press Secretary.

The administration also created several directorate positions, covering Protocol, Media and Publicity, Travels and Exchange, Gender, Photography and Videography, and Housing, Agents and Accommodations.

Special adviser roles were designated across a broad range of portfolios. According to the memo, appointments were made on "Strategy, Special Duties, Logistics, Academic Affairs, Christianity and Spiritual Matters, Union Projects, Health Services, Social Media Engagements, Female Sensitisation and Women Affairs, Associations and Mobility, Campus Transportation, and Sports and Recreation."

Additional portfolios covered "External Affairs, Sanitation, Presidential Movements and Physical Fitness, Letters and Documentation, Graphics and Content Creation, Budgeting and Finance, Law and Constitutional Matters, Students Welfare, Islamic Affairs, Political Matters, Fundraising and Sponsorships, Information and Communication Technology, and Security Affairs."

On the security side, Ayoola announced the appointment of an ADC 1 under the IPCC, with positions for ADC 2 under Man O War and ADC 3 under Cadet Corps yet to be filled.
