Thomas Adewumi University's third graduating class, known as Team Coral, completed their undergraduate studies with a sign out ceremony held at the institution, bringing together students, lecturers, administrators, and family members.
The graduating cohort was drawn from four academic units, the Faculty of Basic Medical and Health Sciences, Faculty of Computing and Applied Sciences, Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, and the Faculty of Nursing Sciences, spanning disciplines in healthcare, technology, business, and social development.
University officials noted that the class represents the institution's continued expansion across these fields, with the ceremony marking students' transition from undergraduate study toward professional careers and postgraduate opportunities.
Thomas Adewumi University operates under the guiding philosophy of Knowledge, Character and Excellence, a framework the institution says combines academic scholarship with integrity, innovation and responsible citizenship. Officials indicated that members of Team Coral would proceed to convocation before moving into employment, entrepreneurship, or further studies.
The Faculty of Nursing Sciences and Faculty of Basic Medical and Health Sciences graduates join a healthcare workforce pipeline the university has continued to expand, while graduates of the Faculty of Computing and Applied Sciences and Faculty of Management and Social Sciences move into technology and business sectors, respectively.
This marks the University's third cohort to complete the sign out process since its establishment, with each successive class reflecting the institution's growth within Nigeria's private University sector.
