UNIPORT Hostel Allocation 2025/2026 Academic Session

Generate an invoice with an RRR number to proceed with payment
Make a payment by visiting any commercial bank with the printed invoice, or make your payment online with an ATM card.
After payment, return to the portal to print your clearance slip and undertaking form.
Take the printed slip to the student affairs department to get it stamped.

Rules and Regulations in UNIPORT Hostel
Squatting is not allowed in the university hostel. If caught, both the person giving the space and the person staying illegally (the squatter) will be expelled from the hostel and might even be expelled for a semester.
No selling of bed spaces. If you're caught selling your allocated space, the penalty is rustication for at least one semester.
No opposite sex visits, male students are strictly prohibited from entering female rooms, and vice versa. Breaking this rule usually leads to immediate expulsion from the hostel.
No hot plates or heavy gas stoves are allowed in the hostel. Students are not allowed to use big gas cylinders above 3kg or electric hot plates.
Taking a bath outside the designated bathroom or messily using the toilets can get you suspended from the hall for a semester.
All visitors are expected to be out of the hostel before 10 PM
Public disturbance (loud music, shouting matches) will get you a warning first, then ejection if you continue.
