The following documents are compulsory for the newly admitted students' registration.
JAMB admission letter, both the Institution and Candidate copies.
UNIPORT admission letter, from the university portal.
Acceptance form, signed and dated.
JAMB result slip showing your score and passport photograph.
O’Level result, which includes WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB (statement of results or certificates).
An online verification printout, which serves as evidence that you have verified your O’level results on the UNIPORT portal.
Birth certificate or a statutory declaration of Age from a High Court
School charges receipt directly printed from UNIPORT portal after payment.
Departmental/Faculty receipts, handled at the respective faculty offices.
Local government identification letter, to prove your state of origin.
Guarantor’s letter, a letter of good conduct from a reputable person (Clergy, Lawyer, Senior Civil Servant).
Medical fitness report, which was obtained from the UNIPORT Medical Center (Lulu Briggs).
Passport photographs atleast 12 copies (Red or Blue background, depending on department preference).
