Starting your journey at the University of Port Harcourt begins with finding what fits your career path from the many courses and programmes. Since its establishment in 1975, the university has been a top choice for students seeking to acquire skills that are truly relevant in the real world.

The university divides its courses and programmes into different groups called faculties. For example, if you love building, you will find your home in Engineering; if you want to help people get well, the Health Sciences area is for you.

What makes choosing a course in UNIPORT special is that they don’t just teach you from books, they focus on self reliance, which means teaching you how to be independent and creative in your career.
