The entire process of the screening will be conducted online within the university portal, so candidates don't have to worry about travelling down to the university to complete the exercise.
AAU Post UTME Screening Form 2025/2026 Academic Session
The sales of AAU Post UTME screening form commenced on the 10th of August, 2025, at exactly 11:59 PM and will run until the 12th of November, 2025. All candidates who selected AAU as their first choice of institution in the 2025 UTME examination and scored above 152, which is the minimum cut off mark, are to visit the university portal and complete their registration.
All candidates are to pay a non refundable application fee of 2,700 Naira. The payment will be made through the university portal.
AAU Post UTME Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have chosen Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, as their first choice institution in the 2025 UTME.
Candidates must have a minimum UTME score of 152. However, several competitive courses have higher departmental cut off marks
Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects (including English and Mathematics) at no more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
It is mandatory to upload your O’level results to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS). Applications without an O’level upload will not be processed.

O’level result(s): A scanned copy of your WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB statement of result or certificate. If you are using two sittings, you must have both ready.
JAMB result slip: You will need your official JAMB registration number and your score.

How to Apply for AAU Post UTME Screening Exercise
Visit aaue.waeup.org/applicants/utme2025.
Click on "Register for application" at the top left of the page.
Enter your surname exactly as it appears on your JAMB registration slip.
Enter your JAMB registration number.
Your User ID and Password will be displayed immediately in your browser. Write these down
Log in to the portal using your new credentials.
Click on "Edit application record".
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Add online payment ticket".
Select the payment category and click on the payment ID of the ticket you just created.
Click on "College pay" at the top of the page.
Follow the prompts to pay the fee using your ATM card (Verve, Visa, or Mastercard) via the Interswitch gateway.
After a successful payment, return to the "Edit application record" section.
Fill in all required fields accurately:
Names: Use your full name (No initials allowed).
O'level results: Enter your grades, exam year, and exam number.
Provide the PIN and Serial Number of your O’level scratch card.
Upload a clear, digital passport photograph.
Review all entered information carefully. Errors in your JAMB number or O'level data can lead to automatic disqualification.

Download and print your application slip. This serves as proof of your registration.
