ESUT Professional Accreditation Status

Engineering & Technology

ESUT is a Science and technology driven university, so engineering accreditation is its strongest pillar.

COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) recognises all core engineering programmes in ESUT. Graduates are eligible to register as "Registered Engineers" after their internship.

NSE (Nigerian Society of Engineers) Professional recognition for engineering graduates.

CPN (Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria). This body is specifically for Computer Engineering and Computer Science degree holders.

Health & Medical Sciences

Medical degrees are useless without the "seal of approval" from health councils.

MDCN (Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria): Recognises the Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) degree, allowing graduates to practice as registered Doctors.

NMCN (Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria): Recently granted full accreditation to ESUT's nursing program, enabling graduates to be licensed as Registered Nurses (RN/RM).

ESUT Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have at least a credit in their compulsory courses, which must include English and Mathematics

Candidates must score at least 160 to be qualified to purchase the Post UTME form. For those going for competitive courses, you need more than just 160.

Candidates must upload their O'level result in the JAMB portal. Any candidates without this uploaded will not be considered for admission.
