FUNAAB Hostel Accommodation Application Process 2025/2026

Applying for a hostel space at FUNAAB is done fully online through the hostel portal. Once the portal opens for your category, follow these steps carefully.

  1. Visit the FUNAAB hostel portal
    Go to https://hostel.funaab.edu.ng/ using a browser on your phone or computer.

  2. Log in with your details
    Use your matric number or JAMB registration number and the required login details provided by the school.

  3. Select the hostel application option
    After logging in, locate and click on the Hostel Accommodation or Hostel Bidding menu.

  4. Choose your preferred hostel
    A list of available hostels will be displayed. Select your preferred hostel based on availability and price.

  5. Proceed to the hostel bidding
    The system runs on a bidding process. Once you select a hostel, confirm your choice and continue.

  6. Generate payment invoice
    An invoice with a REMITA Reference Number will be generated for your hostel fee.

  7. Make payment
    Pay the hostel fee online or at any bank that supports REMITA payments. Remember that transaction charges apply.

  8. Confirm payment on the portal
    Return to the hostel portal after payment and confirm your transaction.

  9. Print your hostel receipt
    Print and keep your hostel payment receipt. You will need it during hostel clearance and room allocation.

  10. Proceed for physical clearance and key collection
    With your receipt, report to the Students’ Affairs Division or hall management for clearance and room allocation when instructed.

  6. 200 level to 500 level non final year students

  7. Biological children of staff

  8. Outstanding sportsmen and sportswomen
