Undergraduate students at the Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology have been placed on notice to complete all registration requirements before midnight on 14 April 2026, or risk having their first semester results withheld and their academic progression delayed.

The directive was issued in an internal memo dated 4 April 2026 and signed by the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic and Research, Professor Adetuyi F.O. The memo, addressed to Deans and copied to the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Bursar, and University Librarian, directed that the notice be widely circulated to ensure all students are adequately informed.

According to the directive, students must complete three requirements before the deadline: full payment of school fees, completion of first semester course registration, and verification of registration status on the university portal. The management warned that only students who have fully complied will be eligible to have their results processed, and that failure to meet the conditions will attract serious academic consequences including non processing of results and possible delays in academic progression.

The registration portal will close automatically at exactly 12:00 midnight on 14 April 2026, with no extension granted. "Students are strongly advised to complete all necessary processes before the deadline to avoid complications," the memo stated.

University authorities described the measures as aimed at ensuring proper academic documentation and facilitating seamless result processing across all faculties, reaffirming the institution's commitment to maintaining academic standards and administrative efficiency.

With ten days remaining until the portal closes, students who have not yet completed their registration or settled outstanding fees are urged to act without delay, as the University has made clear that no exceptions will be made once the deadline passes.
