The University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) has commenced sales of the 2025/2026 Post UTME screening form. The portal for registration went live on the 11th of August, 2025, and will remain open until the 30th of September, 2025.

Aspiring students who sat for the 2025 UTME examination and selected UNIMAID as their choice of institution are called upon to complete their registration on or before the deadline.

Eligibility Criteria for the UNIMAID Post UTME Screening

  • Prospective students must have UNIMAID as their first choice of institution

  • Candidates must have a UTME score above 150

  • Candidates must have at least five credits in their O'level result, which include a credit in English and Mathematics.

  • O'level sitting must not exceed two (Waec and Neco)

  • Direct entry students need a minimum of lower credit for ND/HND or merit for NCE.

  • Candidates must also ensure their O'level results are already uploaded to the JAMB portal.

  • Navigate to admission and click on Post UTME screening

  • Log in using your JAMB registration number as your username. For first timers, the default password is often unimaid@2025 (you will be asked to change this immediately).

  • Enter your phone number and email, then click generate an RRR number and pay the unrefundable fee of 2,000 Naira.

  • Upload a clear passport photograph (less than 200KB) and digital copies of your results

  • Fill in your biodata

  • Double check every letter of your name and every digit of your score before hitting submit. Print your screening slip
