Eligibility Criteria for FUTIA Post UTME 2025/2026
To apply for the FUTIA post UTME screening form, candidates must meet the following requirements.
Candidates must have at least five credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB or their equivalents in no more than two sittings.
The candidate must have scored at least 180 in the recently concluded 2025/2026 UTME.
The candidate must be at least 16 years of age at the time of admission.
Candidates must ensure that their qualifying results are uploaded to JAMB.
Candidates who did not select FUTIA as their preferred institution must apply via JAMB for a change of institution to FUTIA before they can apply.
Candidates awaiting O-Level results are ineligible to apply.
How to Apply for FUTIA Post UTME Screening Form 2025
Follow these steps to complete your online registration:
Visit the official portal at http://portal.futia.edu.ng and select "Click here to apply".
Select the 'Undergraduate' option from the menu bar.
Enter your JAMB registration number, then click "Get Details".
Complete the basic information page by entering a valid phone number and email address, then click Next.
On the payment review page, click "Make Payment" to go to the payment page.
Enter your ATM card information (Mastercard, Visa, or Verve) and click submit.
Enter the OTP code sent to your phone and click Continue to complete the payment.
After making a successful payment, click "Main login" on the portal and enter your JAMB registration number and surname (as the password).
Complete your registration, then print your registration form and payment receipt.
