Documents for LASU Registrations 2025/2026 Session

  • JAMB Admission Letter: The official institution copy printed from the JAMB CAPS portal.

  • LASU Provisional Admission Letter: Printed from the LASU admission portal.

  • JAMB Original Result Slip: Showing your passport photograph and UTME scores.

  • O’level Result(s): WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB statement of results or certificates.

  • Anti Cult Oath Form: This is now a mandatory prerequisite for course registration. It must be completed, certified by a Commissioner for Oaths, and uploaded to the portal.

  • Birth certificate or a valid Federal Government approved age declaration.

  • Certificate of Origin: For Lagos State indigenes, this is the IIVC clearance certificate. Non indigenes require a Local Government identification letter from their state of origin.

  • Attestation Letter: A formal letter of recommendation from a reputable person (e.g., Clergy, Imam, Lawyer, or high ranking Civil Servant) addressed to the Registrar, LASU.

  • Passport Photographs: At least 8 to 12 copies with a white or red background (red is traditionally preferred for physical files).
