Admission Requirements for Nigerian Maritime University
For you to gain admission into NMU, you must meet the following requirements.
Must possess 5 O'level Credits, which should include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one other relevant subject (such as Biology, Geography or Technical Drawing).
Your UTME Subject Combination should be English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
Candidates who meet the cut off mark will be invited for an internal screening or Post UTME exam.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old by the time of admission.
For Direct Entry:
Have a minimum of upper credit in relevant ND/NCE programs or two A Level passes in related science subjects.
Those with OND in Marine engineering, Nautical Science or related fields stand a better chance of getting admitted.
