The management of Rivers State University (RSU) has officially announced the resumption date for the 2025/2026 Academic session. As stated in the University's academic calendar, all students, both fresh and returning, are to return to campus on the 3rd of November 2025.

Formally, registrations and lectures are also to commence immediately students return to campus. Hostels will open on the 2nd of November to enable students who applied for allocation to settle in as they resume the new academic session.

  • Acceptance Fee Receipt: The printed evidence of payment for the nonrefundable acceptance fee from the RSU portal.

  • Reference Letter: A formal letter of good conduct from a reputable person (e.g., a clergyman, lawyer, or high ranking civil servant) addressed to the Registrar.

  • Bio data Form: The printed summary of your profile from the RSU portal.

  • School Fees Receipt: The receipt generated after successful payment.

  • Medical Fitness Certificate: Usually obtained from the RSU Health Centre after undergoing required tests (X rays, blood tests, etc.).

  • Passport Photographs: At least 8 to 12 copies with a white background.
