Covenant University has advised that returning students should resume on Saturday, September 27, and Sunday, September 28, 2025, while on October 12 and 13, 2025, freshmen will resume.

Covenant Resumption Protocol for Returning Students

Aside from resumption, there are protocols laid out by the school management for returning students. They are:

  1. Register your courses.

  2. Print Hall Clearance

  3. Resumption Day is the 27th and 28th of September, 2025, from 8:00 am.

  4. Parents who arrive early will be directed to the designated car parks and will not be attended to till 8 am. Kindly take note and be patient.

  5. Students are expected to pack what they can carry to their respective rooms.

  6. Contraband items seized at the point of the search will be CONFISCATED permanently.

  7. Students should proceed to the Hall Reception to sign in. 

  8. Signed clearance forms are to be submitted to the Hall Officers.

Freshmen Resumption Protocol for 2025/2026 

The following are things expected from fresh students upon resuming. They are:

  1. Payment of School Fees. 

  2. The original JAMB result indicating Covenant University and the programme of study admitted as first choice MUST be printed and presented to the Admissions office.

  3. Course registration will be done in school during the orientation programme.

  4. Biometric registration and luggage search will take place at the halls of residence.

  5. Luggage checked will be noted on the clearance form to be presented at the point of signing in.

  6. Signed clearance forms are to be submitted to the hall officers.

  7. After the biometric and luggage search, students are advised to proceed to a full comprehensive medical screening at the University Health Centre.
