How to Check the EUA Admission List 2025/2026

To check out the 2025 Evangel University admissions list, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://official.evangeluniversity.edu.ng/2025-2026list.html

  2. The list of admissions is arranged by department. Find your department by scrolling through the list, then look for your name.

  3. To accept the admission offer, click the "CLICK HERE TO ACCEPT AND PROCEED" link next to your name if it appears on the list.

  4. Once you've accepted the admission, pay the fees and take the other required actions as directed to finish your admission process.

How to Check Admission Status on JAMB Portal 

Please follow the steps below to check your admission status on the JAMB Admission Checking Portal and JAMB CAPS Portal: 

  1. Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/. 

  2. Enter your username and password to access your Jamb profile. 

  3. Select the "Check Admission Status" tab after scrolling down. 

  4. Click on "Check Admission Status" or select "Access my CAPS".

  5. Choose "Desktop site" by selecting the three dots in the upper right corner of your browser (i.e., ⋮).

  6. Next, select "Admission Status". You will see either Admission in progress – check back later, NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS. 

  7. Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS, accept or reject your admission.

  8. Case 2: Be patient if you see an admission in progress; the status will change in a few days or weeks. Just come back later. 

  9. Case 3: Not Admitted; if this is the case, please keep trying; you may be admitted. Just have hope.

How to Check Direct Entry Admission

Those who applied for Direct Entry through JAMB and are interested should: 

  1. Send an email to admission@evangeluniversity.edu.ng to contact the admissions officer and upload any necessary paperwork (such as the O-level, A-level, Direct Entry Form, or Other Qualifying Certificate). 

  2. Check their email boxes frequently for confirmation of the offer or admission approval. 

  3. After receiving a letter of offer or approval, the candidate should visit one of the official banks and pay the professional disciplines, application form, acceptance, and accreditation fees.

EUA Admission Procedure for 2025/2026 Session

For all courses offered at Evangel University, the shortlisted candidates, as well as additional qualified and interested UMTE candidates, are to: 

  1. Pay for the application form, acceptance, and accreditation fee at any of the official banks. 

  2. After paying, applicants must go back to the website https://official.evangeluniversity.edu.ng/ to complete the online application and attach the necessary files (such as the original JAMB result slip, O-level results, and payment teller) before clicking submit. 

  3. You can also download the application form, fill it out by hand, and send it as an attachment to the admission office at admission@evangeluniversity.edu.ng along with the important documents mentioned above. 

  4. Visit the website regularly to check your application status, receive admission notifications, and pay your school fees.

  5. Before the deadline, all applicants must submit proof of payment of the school fees for the department or college to which they are being admitted. 

  6. Those who did not select Evangel University Akaeze as their top choice may still do so by selecting any eligible course. 

Please be aware that selecting a course for which you are ineligible will make your application for that course invalid. 

If Not Offered Admission

1. For the other programmes listed below, candidates whose names are not on the Provisional Admission List, except for Nursing Science, due to the rejection of their first course choice, may apply via the admission webmail:

In the College of Science

2. Individuals whose names are not on the list of programmes that JAMB sent Evangel University but who have already changed their course or institution (but not to Nursing Science) should upload proof of their change of institution along with their credentials.

3. These applicants should check if their request for a change has been approved by visiting the admission email. If the change request is granted, the student should change their course at the JAMB office. 

4. After that, the candidate should visit the admission email address and check for the approval of his or her request. If such a request is approved, the candidate should proceed and change the programme at the JAMB office.
